Cancellations, refunds and delivery
How Gantt CSS is delivered, how to cancel a subscription, and when Gantt Planning refunds payments.
Draft 1 · Last updated 28 October 2026
1.Delivery
Gantt CSS is delivered electronically. After payment you receive an email to set your password; you then download the Windows installer and sign in from the software, which receives its licence straight away. Nothing is posted and there is no delivery charge.
If the email has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.
2.Cancelling
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the account pages or by contacting us. It stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. You can also reduce the number of seats; the change applies at the next renewal.
3.Seven days to change your mind
You may cancel a new subscription within seven days of the payment and receive a full refund, without giving a reason. The licences end when the refund is made. This also applies to the first payment after a trial.
4.Other refunds
- Renewals: if a subscription renewed and you did not mean it to, contact us within 14 days of the renewal payment and we will refund it, provided the software has not been used since the renewal.
- Faults: if Gantt CSS does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the unused part of the subscription.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
- Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, but you can cancel so that the subscription does not renew.
5.How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account the payment came from, through the same payment provider. We start a refund within five working days of agreeing to it; when it reaches you depends on your bank and the provider. Buyers who paid through Paddle may also ask Paddle directly under its refund policy.
6.Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback ends the subscription and its licences straight away.
